Tell us how to reach you and which option you’re interested in. Requesting an assessment is a first contact step; no payment is taken in the form and no medical assessment is made there. The final medical decision is always made by a licensed physician.

This is not a purchase and you are not committing to anything at this stage. No payment is made here. The first physician appointment takes place in person in Gothenburg. Follow-up may subsequently be provided digitally when considered medically appropriate by the physician. The physician may request additional information or tests when medically necessary. Prescription medication is not included in the programme fee. It is bought and paid for separately at a Swedish pharmacy.
