1. What your request covers
You provide your contact details and, if you wish, a preferred time for your first doctor's appointment. We contact you within one business day to help you take the next step. Sending a request is non-binding and is not a purchase. No medical diagnosis is made and no prescription is issued at this stage. These require a separate individual medical assessment.
2. Identification
Your request does not require a Swedish personal identity number. We collect only your name, email address and optional phone number so that we can contact you about your request. The form never asks for a personal identity number.
The first appointment is by video. You identify yourself with Swedish BankID in the video call. If you do not have Swedish BankID, choose the in-person appointment in Gothenburg. If treatment is subsequently considered, it always involves a separate individual medical assessment, where health information is handled under the Swedish Patient Data Act.
3. Information we process

The request itself requires no health information. No symptoms, BMI, medicines, medical records, illnesses or treatments are recorded in that form. If you have taken the preliminary check, your answers are linked to the booking so that the doctor can prepare the appointment. Processing follows our privacy policy.
4. Fees
The booking request is free. No payment is taken in the form and you do not commit to anything by sending it. The programme starts only when you pay the first month. We confirm your time by email and send you a link to pay the first month by card before the appointment. Nothing is paid in the booking form.
If you choose to proceed, the following applies to the medical weight-loss programme:
- SEK 450 per month – first doctor's appointment by video included. Minimum 4 months (SEK 1,800 in total), then cancel whenever you like.
- Prefer to meet the doctor in person in Gothenburg? The first visit then costs SEK 1,000 extra, once (first payment SEK 1,450; minimum total SEK 2,800).
- You pay the first month by card before the doctor's appointment. The card is saved and the monthly fee is then charged automatically once a month.
- Medication is not included in the programme price and is paid for separately at a pharmacy.
You have a 14-day right of withdrawal under our terms.
If the doctor considers blood tests, a referral or other investigations necessary, these are at your own expense and are not included in the programme fee. Additional booked doctor's appointments and external examinations are paid for separately. The medical assessment and any prescription take place at the doctor's appointment. Pharmacy prices are set by the pharmacy. What applies when you end the programme, if the doctor says no for medical reasons, and to the minimum period is set out in the terms of service.
5. Data storage and deletion
We do not automatically delete booking records. You can request deletion or a copy of your information at any time by contacting us about data protection at email.
6. What a request does not provide
Submitting a request does not provide:
- A prescription for Mounjaro, Wegovy, Ozempic, Saxenda or any other medicine.
- A medical diagnosis or treatment plan.
- A confirmed appointment. A time selected in the form is provisional and is confirmed by us after we review your request.
- A guarantee of weight loss or treatment outcomes.
Medication always requires an individual assessment by a licensed doctor. We arrange a medical assessment if such treatment may be relevant.
7. Complaints
Complaints about the process: email.
Data protection questions (GDPR): email. You have the right to complain to the Swedish Authority for Privacy Protection (IMY).
8. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The “Last updated” date above shows when they last changed. Significant changes are communicated by email to people with active requests.
