SEK 450 per month. The first doctor's appointment is included and takes place by video with Swedish BankID – or in person in Gothenburg for SEK 1,000 extra. Minimum 4 months (SEK 1,800 in total), then cancel whenever you like. Medication is paid separately at the pharmacy.

It is included in the first monthly fee of SEK 450 (SEK 1,450 if you choose an in-person visit). The preliminary check is free.

Yes, at least 4 months (SEK 1,800 in total). After that you can cancel whenever you like. If you cancel earlier, the remainder up to SEK 1,800 is charged. You have a 14-day right of withdrawal under our terms.

If you have answered truthfully but the doctor judges for medical reasons that the treatment is not right for you, you pay only the first month (SEK 450, or SEK 1,450 with an in-person visit). Nothing more is charged and the programme ends. If a later month has already been charged, it is refunded. A prescription is never guaranteed – the doctor decides.

The doctor's appointment, the medical assessment, the treatment plan and follow-up as the doctor judges appropriate are included, together with your patient pages. Medication, laboratory tests, DXA scans and a dietitian are not included. Medication is paid separately at the pharmacy.

Yes. The appointment takes place by video anywhere in Sweden; you identify yourself with Swedish BankID in the video call.

12 × SEK 450 = SEK 5,400 in programme fees. Medication is paid for separately at a Swedish pharmacy; the price depends on the medicine and dose. We receive no part of the medication price. Current pharmacy prices per dose are listed on our Mounjaro price page.

We confirm your time by email and send you a link to pay the first month by card before the appointment. Nothing is paid in the booking form. You pay the first month by card before the doctor's appointment. The card is saved and the monthly fee is then charged automatically once a month. Medication, any tests and additional doctor's appointments are paid for separately.

After 4 months you can cancel whenever you like, with no notice period. A month you have already paid for runs to its end, and nothing more is charged. If you cancel earlier, the remainder up to SEK 1,800 (SEK 2,800 with an in-person first visit) is charged to your saved card. You keep the programme until the end of the fourth month. You end the programme under Payment in your patient pages, or by emailing us.

You have a 14-day right of withdrawal under our terms. You use it under Payment in your patient pages or by replying to the receipt email; no further charges are made, and the refund follows the terms. The minimum period never applies to a withdrawal.

Terms

No. A request is your way to contact us and select a preferred time. You do not provide health information in the form. It is not a doctor's appointment, the doctor's medical assessment or approval for medication. The individual medical assessment is always carried out by a licensed doctor at your first appointment.

No. A prescription can never be guaranteed. After the medical assessment, the doctor may decide that medication is not medically appropriate or safe for you. The doctor always makes the final medical decision.

The video appointment requires Swedish BankID. If you do not have Swedish BankID, choose the in-person appointment in Gothenburg.

No. If the doctor considers blood tests, a referral or other investigations necessary, these are at your own expense and are not included in the programme fee. The need for tests is always assessed by a licensed doctor.

Prescription renewal and follow-up are included in the monthly fee, as the doctor judges appropriate. A licensed doctor always decides whether renewal is appropriate; it cannot be guaranteed.

Health information provided during care is handled under the Swedish Patient Data Act. It is shown in your patient pages only after you log in, and it is never sent to analytics or marketing tools. See the privacy policy for full information.

The medical assessment is carried out by Dr Masoud Sorkhabi, senior consultant physician. Medication is paid for separately at a Swedish pharmacy.

No. Medication is a possible tool when medically indicated, not a requirement. An approach without a prescription may be more appropriate. The doctor decides this together with you during the assessment.
