What it costs
One monthly fee — with a clear minimum.
The medical weight-loss programme covers the first doctor's appointment, the medical assessment, a treatment plan and follow-up. Medication and any tests are paid for separately. The medical assessment is carried out by Dr Masoud Sorkhabi, senior consultant physician.
Ending the programme
After 4 months you can cancel whenever you like, with no notice period. A month you have already paid for runs to its end, and nothing more is charged.
If you cancel earlier, the remainder up to SEK 1,800 (SEK 2,800 with an in-person first visit) is charged to your saved card. You keep the programme until the end of the fourth month.
If you have answered truthfully but the doctor judges for medical reasons that the treatment is not right for you, you pay only the first month (SEK 450, or SEK 1,450 with an in-person visit). Nothing more is charged and the programme ends. If a later month has already been charged, it is refunded.
You have a 14-day right of withdrawal under our terms.

Included in the monthly fee
- Doctor's appointment by video. The first appointment with a licensed doctor is included. You identify yourself with Swedish BankID in the video call. In person in Gothenburg for a one-time SEK 1,000 surcharge.
- Medical assessment and treatment plan. The doctor assesses whether medication is appropriate and makes a plan together with you.
- Prescription renewal and follow-up. As the doctor judges appropriate – the doctor decides how often.
- Weight chart, dose schedule and reminders. Log your weight and follow the chart. See your dose schedule and add reminders for injection day to your calendar.
- Messages to the clinic. Write to the clinic in your patient pages.
The first doctor's appointment
The first appointment is by video. You identify yourself with Swedish BankID in the video call.
Prefer to meet the doctor in person in Gothenburg? The first visit then costs SEK 1,000 extra, once (first payment SEK 1,450; minimum total SEK 2,800).
The video appointment requires Swedish BankID. If you do not have Swedish BankID, choose the in-person appointment in Gothenburg.
Not included: medication, blood tests and other laboratory tests, DXA scan, dietitian, doctor contact beyond the follow-up.
If the doctor considers blood tests, a referral or other investigations necessary, these are at your own expense and are not included in the programme fee.

Losing weight also means taking care to preserve muscle mass. The doctor considers protein intake, activity, your health and any limitations as part of the assessment.
