Book a doctor's appointment

Provide your contact details and, if you wish, choose a preferred time. We will contact you within one business day and confirm your time. Your first doctor's appointment takes place by video or in person in Gothenburg with Dr Masoud Sorkhabi, senior consultant physician, who carries out the individual medical assessment.

SEK 450 per month – first doctor's appointment by video included.

Minimum 4 months (SEK 1,800 in total), then cancel whenever you like. Medication is paid separately at the pharmacy.

The video appointment requires Swedish BankID. If you do not have Swedish BankID, choose the in-person appointment in Gothenburg.

The preliminary check and the booking request are free. You pay the first month before the doctor's appointment. We normally contact you within one business day. The doctor carries out the medical assessment at your appointment. If you would first like to see whether treatment might be relevant, there is an optional, free preliminary check.

The first appointment is by video. You identify yourself with Swedish BankID in the video call.

Prefer to meet the doctor in person in Gothenburg? The first visit then costs SEK 1,000 extra, once (first payment SEK 1,450; minimum total SEK 2,800).

If you have answered truthfully and the doctor says no for medical reasons, you pay only the first month.

The first doctor's appointment by video is included in the monthly fee. If you choose an in-person visit, SEK 1,000 is added once.

Your request is non-binding and is not a purchase.

You pay the first month by card before the doctor's appointment. The card is saved and the monthly fee is then charged automatically once a month.

After 4 months you can cancel whenever you like, with no notice period. A month you have already paid for runs to its end, and nothing more is charged.

You have a 14-day right of withdrawal under our terms.

Medication is not included in the programme price and is paid for separately at a pharmacy. Additional doctor's appointments are paid for separately.

If the doctor considers blood tests, a referral or other investigations necessary, these are at your own expense and are not included in the programme fee.

Medication and prescriptions are always decided individually by a doctor following a medical assessment.

What happens after you send your request?

1. We review your request and contact you within one business day.
2. We confirm your preferred time for the first doctor's appointment, or find a suitable time together.
3. You pay the first month by card before the appointment.
4. Dr Masoud Sorkhabi, senior consultant physician, carries out the individual medical assessment, by video or in person in Gothenburg.
5. If treatment is appropriate, you receive a treatment plan and follow-up according to the doctor's assessment.

A request is not a purchase, a prescription or treatment, and is not the same as the doctor's medical assessment.

What we collect

Name, email, phone number, type of appointment and any preferred time. That is all. No Swedish personal identity number, health information, symptoms, medication details or medical records are collected in the booking request.
Your booking details are stored according to our privacy policy. There is no automatic deletion of booking records.
